Appointments and Cancellations

We kindly request a minimum of 24 hours notice for any cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in a cancellation fee.

Pricing

All prices listed on our website are "from" and may vary depending on hair length, thickness, and the specific stylist you book with. A final quote can be provided during your consultation.

Skin Testing

For your safety, all new colour clients require an allergy patch test at least 48 hours prior to their appointment. We reserve the right to refuse chemical services if this protocol is not followed.

If you are not entirely satisfied with your service, please contact us within 7 days of your appointment so we can address your concerns.
